These images are the product of years of discovery, every picture a unique revelation. I delight in wandering the natural world in search of compelling  images I can render into another fascinating image of  a centered, symmetrical, naturally designed expression of Art.

The Chinese have a word, "Li", which has several meanings; beauty, interior, "principle or ritual." But it is this meaning that resonates for me and my art, as taken from Wikipedia;

"It refers to the underlying reason and order of nature as reflected in its organic forms."

This is also meant to imply the synthesis of Science and Spirituality.

I feel the same effort in much of the Tribal Art of indigenous people all over the world.

This is what I pursue as the object of my  photography.

The primary place of symmetry in our aesthetics is put there by our mother's face in infancy .

Symmetry unites and seeks no explanation as an expression of wholeness.
